Early access · Launching on iPhone this fall

Two homes. One schedule everyone trusts.

The custody calendar, the expenses, the logistics — handled in one calm place, so the only thing left to talk about is the kids.

Be first to know when we open. No spam — just your invite.

The Coparently calendar showing a month of custody days color-coded between two parents, with a summary of who has the kids this week.

You know the drill.

The schedule lives in three different group texts. The reimbursement request turns into an argument. Somebody's holding a screenshot from a months-old thread. Every handoff comes with a little static.

Coparently exists so none of that happens again.

What Coparently does

One shared calendar

Set your custody schedule once, override for holidays and trips, and see exactly who has the kids on any day — in sync between both homes. It subscribes to your phone's calendar, too.

Nothing changes unless you both agree

Every schedule change is proposed, reviewed, and approved — by both of you. No surprises, no unilateral moves, no 'since when?' Just a clear record of what you agreed to, and when.

Expenses without the friction

Log a shared cost — doctor bills, school fees, camp, birthday gifts. Your co-parent approves it, and the balance stays clear. Stated as fact, never blame.

No more scrolling through texts

Doctors, schools, allergies, emergency contacts, holiday plans — everything about your kids lives in the app, not buried in a thread from March.

Built to keep things calm

Coparently is designed for de-escalation: even-handed language, no parent's color winning, and a layout that stays quiet because the people using it often aren't.

See how it works

Schedule changes

Nothing changes unless you both say yes.

One parent proposes a change; the other approves it. It updates on both calendars automatically — with a clear record of what you agreed to, and when.

Shared expenses

Shared costs, settled — not argued.

Log a cost, your co-parent approves it, and the running balance stays clear. Stated as fact, never blame.

On-device AI

A calmer message, before you send it.

When a message might land harder than you mean, Coparently offers a gentler rewrite — checked right on your iPhone, so your words never leave your phone.

And the rest of the day-to-day, in one place.

How it works

1

You set it up

Add your kids and your custody schedule in a few minutes.

2

Your co-parent joins as an equal

Their own login, the same calendar, the same standing. There's no primary parent here — equal from day one.

3

Everything stays in sync

Changes get proposed, approved, and updated for both homes automatically. Nobody's ever working off the old version.

Common questions

When does it launch?

We're onboarding early families now and opening on iPhone this fall, alongside the new iOS. Join the early-access list and we'll email you the moment your invite is ready.

How do I get early access?

Join the waitlist above and we'll email you when your invite is ready — we're opening up in batches ahead of the public launch. If you'd like to help test sooner, tick the beta-tester box when you sign up and we'll reach out to a small group first.

Do both parents need to use it?

Yes. Coparently is built around two guardians sharing one source of truth — every feature involves both of you. There's no 'primary parent': you each get your own login to the same calendar, expenses, and messages. It isn't designed for a single-parent account.

What if my co-parent and I aren't on good terms?

That's exactly who we built this for. Nothing in Coparently happens unilaterally — schedule changes and expenses are proposed by one parent and approved by the other, so there's always a clear, calm record of what you both agreed to. We don't replace a therapist or a lawyer, but we can keep the calendar from being one more thing to argue about.

Is my data private?

Your data is visible only to you and your co-parent. We never sell it and never share it with advertisers. Full details will be in our Privacy Policy at launch.
